Mr. Mok is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, both of U.K. He has over 19 years of insurance regulatory experience.

Before joining the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, he had worked in a number of different fields, including companies insolvencies, land administration and management services. Mr. Mok is now an Assistant Commissioner of Insurance of the Office.
