Andy Penn is currently Chief Executive - International with AXA National Mutual Holdings (AXA). In this role Andy is directly responsible for AXA's life insurance operations in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines as well as the Group's Asia development activities. Andy joined National Mutual in the UK in 1990. In 1992 he moved to Australia and worked for a number of years in the Group's International Division based in Melbourne, which he now heads up.

Immediately prior to taking up his current position, Andy had been Group Strategy Manager. In this role he was responsible for strategy and development, corporate finance and investor relations for the Group.Andy is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK. He also has an MBA from Kingston University in London and is a graduate from Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
